FAQ

Clear answers before you choose a service

Can you reuse our website, portfolio, and profiles?

Yes, when they have sufficient quality, permission for use, and approval. We review what can be preserved and what should be reorganized within the purchased scope.

Who confirms rights for photographs, videos, music, and work?

The client must supply authorized materials and confirm necessary permissions. Dale Works does not determine ownership, licenses, or legal authorization.

What is included in the bilingual website?

Pages included in the applicable package are prepared in English and Spanish with navigation, calls to action, forms, and alternative text.

Do you guarantee projects, bookings, or attendance?

No. Results depend on the market, work, reputation, budget, capacity, availability, approvals, and the business’s follow-up.

Does marketing include advertising spend?

No. Advertising spend and other external costs are paid separately. The plan covers the marketing work stated in its scope.

What can the remote coordinator do?

They can answer general questions, record inquiries, schedule meetings, update the CRM, organize files, prepare administrative documents with approved information, and maintain follow-up.

Can the remote coordinator quote, hire vendors, or commit dates without approval?

No. Prices, availability, terms, vendor selection, and commitments remain with the business and are communicated only under approved rules.

Can you produce the client’s work or operate its events?

Not as an automatic part of these services. Dale Works performs its own contracted marketing and materials work but does not replace the professional production sold by the client.

Which costs are paid separately?

Domain, hosting, printing, shipping, applications, advertising, phone service, messages, licenses, and other external services are paid separately.

What payments or commitments apply?

Professional packages are one-time purchases. Marketing is monthly. Remote support has a two-month initial commitment. The course is purchased according to the selected format.
